    Sodium tripolyphosphate food industry uses water retention agent, quality improver, pH regulator, metal chelating agent. China's "Hygienic Standards for the Use of Food Additives" (GB2760-2011) stipulates that the maximum usage of canned, fruit juice (fruit-flavored) beverages and vegetable protein beverages is 1.0g/kg, while that of dairy products, poultry products, meat products, ice cream and instant noodles is 5.0g/kg.
