For 2009, Pacific Rod and Gun will support both traditional class room instruction and self-paced, internet based Hunter Education training. The traditional training classes meet Monday-Friday evening. The training includes four, three hour class room sessions, including a live fire segment, and certification exam on Friday evening. Instructor: John Brusco - phone 650-588-0924 Time: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM * Fee: $5.00 1st Class - January 19-23 2nd Class - March 16-20 3rd Class - May 18-22 Time: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM 4th Class - July 20-24 5th Class - August 17-21 The 'distance learning' review, practical and certification exam meets Saturday morning. This training program is based on completion of the official online hunting safety course developed for the California Department of Fish and Game available from the Kalkomey Enterprises web site or the optional International Hunter Education Association web site. The web site California Pre-Certification Exam Voucher must be completed prior to attending this four hour class. Pre-registration is required for this class.
