Promoting International Relations

In April of 2009, the Club had a visitor from Japan who really wanted to try skeet shooting.  When she returned home, she sent this thank you email to the Editor of the Pacific Breeze:

Hi Jeanine,

I am Mika who visited your gun club last Saturday with my friend Mieko.  We enjoyed talking to you, your family and friends.  I was thrilled to try shooting for the first time.  I could not hit any, but it was still quite fun.  Thank you very much for giving me such an exciting experience.

I am enclosing some pictures.  I hope you enjoy them.  I zipped the pictures, but if it cannot be unzipped at your side, please let me know.

By the way, I am working for a game company and I produced a deer hunting game last year.  It is called Deer Drive.  This link show you the game. http://www.gamespot.com/wii/sports/deerdrive/

I am now back to Tokyo and enjoying cherry blossom in full blossom.  Thank you very much again, and I hope I will have a chance to see you again soon.  Please say thank you to Gunard, Jonathan, Coffee, your friend Pete, and Daisy.

Best Regards,
Mika

Mika is in the white coat.  Her friend Mieko is wearing the orange vest.

Gunard, Jeanine, and Jonathan Mahl were delighted to give Mika the opportunity to shoot.  (Coffee didn’t want her picture taken.)  Pete Griffith and his dog, Daisy, also helped make Mika and Mieko feel welcome at the Club.
